Hridyantra program is implemented by the upcoming School of Medical Research and Technology (SMRT)- a product of IIT Kanpur’s legacy with a vision to become the household name of clinical excellence and interdisciplinary biomedical research and innovation. It is the first of its kind medical college in the country with the potential to create an impact on society and economy at local, national and global scale. It will act as a breeding ground for next generation innovations in health technology and Hridyantra program is the first ambitious step in that direction.
